1 1/4 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Milk
1/4 Tsp Salt
2 Beaten Eggs
1 Tsp Vanilla Flavoring
2 Tbls Butter
2 Cup Cooked Rice
Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into greased (with butter) oven proof bowl.
Cook @ 300° - 350° for 45 - 60 mins or until brown (not soupy).
If it is browning too much on bottom, put pan of water on shelf below bowl.
